<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />August 12, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l through
<br />C-3 and C-5 through C-9, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming the month
<br />of October, 1996, as Crime Prevention Month in the City of Roseville be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Advance Circuits, Inc./multiple home-
<br />owners request to withdraw their application for a 7 foot height variance to
<br />construct a 15 foot high fence adjacent to an industrial zone be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the preparation of specifications and
<br />advertising for bids for the License Center Door and Walk modifications be
<br />approved, with funding to come from the Building Depreciation Account. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />This item was removed from the Consent Agenda.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the City obtain proposals from qualified
<br />firms to complete an evaluation of the Fire Relief Investment Funds for the
<br />period of 1991 - 1995, and to select such a firm in accordance with the approved
<br />Council Professional Services Policy. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
