<br />be approved, and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign such

<br />an extension of time to complete Phase II improvements (parking, tennis
<br />courts, and residence hall) as outlined in the approved PUD plan be extended

<br />to sign a lease agreement with the Mounds View School District for leasing of ACTIVITY
<br />3,131 square feet of space at the Roseville Activity Center, 2800 Arona Street, CENTER
<br />for a three year period beginning September 1, 1996 to August 30, 1999, for
<br />educational purposes, at a beginning rate of $9.51 a square foot. Roll Call, Ayes:
