<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the YMCA request to hold a garage
<br />sale at 1170 W. County Road B, with setup to occur from September 14-17,
<br />and the sale to occur from September 18 through 22, 1996 per the letter of
<br />July 26, 1996 from Robert Hengelfelt, be approved with the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That patrons be invited to use the Lexington and County Road B
<br />parking lot.
<br />
<br />2. That the City Manager and Attorney be provided a Certificate of
<br />Insurance holding the City harmless.
<br />
<br />3. That the sale be held only from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
<br />

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9323, approving Neighbor-
<br />hoods 20, 21, 38, 42, and 43 and County turnback roads in Neighborhoods 70,
<br />71, 72, 73, and 74 as part ofthe 1997 Pavement Management Program, and
<br />authorizing the preparation of feasibility studies for 1997 PMP City projects be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9324, approving the City of
<br />Roseville Cornerstone Demonstration Project be adopted, and directing the City
<br />Manager and staff to complete the application and submit it to the Metropolitan
<br />Council for funding. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9325, stating the City's
<br />intent to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with other cities in the 35W
<br />Coalition, directing the Mayor and City Manager to act on behalf of the City to
<br />sign necessary Joint Powers Agreements and the Coalition application forms
<br />consistent with the intent of the formal Joint Powers Agreement, be adopted.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9326, approving the 35W
<br />Coalition of Cities Demonstration Project be adopted, and directing the City
<br />Manager and staff to coordinate Roseville' s portion of the application and
<br />submit it to the Metropolitan Council for funding. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
