<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />August 26, 1996 <br /> <br />4. That adequate screening (6 to 8 foot fence, 80 percent opaque, or <br />combination of evergreen and existing vegetation which screens to a height <br />of 6 feet in three growing seasons) be provided to the residential neighbor- <br />hood to the west of the subject property. <br /> <br />5. That violation of the terms and conditions of the Conditional Use Permit <br />shall be considered a violation of the City Code and may include fines <br />and/or revocation of the permit. <br /> <br />6. That there be no signage on portable storage facilities of any type. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H-8 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the first reading of an ordinance <br />amending City Code Chapter 1007, A-H, (General Requirements for <br />Industrial Districts) to add setback and screening requirements for passenger <br />vehicle parking in Industrial Districts and building requirements per the <br />draft ordinance with additions (if any) and continuing the hearing to a second <br />reading, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the second reading of an ordinance <br />amending City Code Chapter 1007, A-H, (General Requirements for <br />Industrial Districts) to add setback and screening requirements for passenger <br />vehicle parking in Industrial Districts and building requirements per the <br />draft ordinance with additions (if any), be continued to the regular City Council <br />meeting of Monday, September 23, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />I -1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1169, amending Chapter <br />311 of the City Code regulating Pawn Brokers, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />J. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (continued if necessary) <br />(Formerly F-2) <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that consideration of the proposed Tax <br />Increment Finance Policy be continued to the regular City Council meeting of <br />Monday, September 9, 1996, for additional public review and comment.
