<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />August 26, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l
<br />through C-4, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Dale Varberg's request for a 3-1/2
<br />foot driveway side yard setback variance at 1363 W. Roselawn Avenue, to
<br />reconstruct his driveway to a 9 foot width, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9327, accepting the work
<br />completed under 1995 Contract B, Project P-95-02, and starting the one year
<br />warranty, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the attached 1996-1997 Business
<br />License applications be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wi ski, Goedeke,
