ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />E-l Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville Historical Society's request ROSEVILLE <br />for a loan of$4,000 to print Volume 2 of "Roseville, The Story OfIts Growth", HISTORICAL <br />in honor of Roseville's 50th Anniversary in 1998 be approved. The Historical SOCIETY <br />Society shall sign a loan agreement, and the loan shall be funded from the <br />Contingency Account. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and <br />Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Richard Lambert, 800 Brenner Avenue, FIRE RELIEF <br />and Bonnie Russ, 786 West Sandhurst, be appointed to the Professional Services PERF OR- <br />Committee for selection of the Fire Relief Performance Investment Consultant MANCE <br />along with two Fire Relief Board Members, the City Manager or designee, and CONSUL T ANT <br />the City Finance Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. <br />Nays: Mastel. <br /> <br />F. <br />F-l <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />H. <br />H-l <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a resolution revising Roseville's <br />assessment policy for MSA streets to assess 25 percent of the cost of an <br />equivalent residential street reconstruction to R-l and R-2 taxpaying properties <br />for MSA street projects, and assess 100 percent of the cost of street <br />reconstruction to R-3 and R-3A properties for MSA street projects be tabled <br />indefinitely. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed for a 10 minute break at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was reconvened at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />This item was moved to become Item J-4 under Reports and Recommendations <br />Continued. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1170, amending the City Code <br />of the City of Roseville pursuant to Sections 1015.01, 1015.02, 1015.03 and <br />1015.04 by reclassifying certain real property from Single Family Residence <br />District (R-l) to Planned Unit Development (PUD), at 2180 Hamline Avenue, be <br />adopted. Publication of the ordinance will occur upon execution of the PUD <br />Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Masehka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall.
