<br />Code Section 1104 to provide for minor subdivisions, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />H-8 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1172, amending City Code
<br />Sections 1004.01,3. a-c (surfacing of parking) and Section 703.03 and 703.04
<br />(driveway and parking requirements), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,

<br />H-9 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1173, amending City Code ORDINANCE
<br />Sections 1007, A-H (General requirements for Industrial Districts) to add setback 1173
<br />and screening requirements for passenger vehicle parking in Industrial Districts
<br />and building requirements, be adopted with the following additions: the last
<br />paragraph in Section II, under A. d. shall read "Any combination of d. 1) through
<br />d. 5) shall provide a minimum permanent year-round height of thirty-six (36)
<br />inches from the highest point of the parking lot curb, consisting of 80 percent
<br />opaque screening of the parked vehicles as seen from the public right-of-way. If
<br />deciduous material is used, the berm shall be higher and require less in the
<br />amount of vegetation. Where landscape materials are proposed, they shall be of
<br />such type and size to meet the height and opacity requirements within thirty-six
<br />(36) months or less after installation." Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that an ordinance amending City Code
<br />Chapter 1010.15 to add requirements for professional landscape plans with any
<br />additions (if any) be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />October 14, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance adding a new Chapter 108
<br />and amending certain sections of Chapters 201, 405, 406, 703, 1004, 1005,
<br />1008, 1013, 1015, 1016, and 1102 be continued to the next available City
<br />Council work session. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Item L-l, a bonfire permit request for
<br />Concordia Academy, 2400 N. Dale Street, be added to the agenda under Other
