<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />September 23, 1996 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />L-l <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that a bonfire permit request for Concordia <br />Academy, at 2400 N. Dale Street, for a bonfire to be held on October 11, 1996, <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />BONFIRE <br />PERMIT <br /> <br />1. That a responsible person be identified. <br />2. That necessary insurance be provided, if required. <br />3. That the approval of Concordia Academy and property owners be <br />obtained. <br />4. That the fire permit be subject to conditions of the Fire Marshal. The fire <br />will not be allowed to smolder or cause any excessive smoke. If the wind <br />speed at the time of the fire is in excess of 10 mph, the permit will be <br />invalid. <br />5. That a notice be sent to adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />M.
