<br />City Council work session to meet with the Parks and Recreation Commission
<br />and the newly appointed Infrastructure Advisory Committee at the Roseville
<br />Activity Center, 2800 Arona. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Hamline Liquor Store's appeal of the
<br />one day suspension for violating the cigarette and tobacco products ordinance
<br />be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />The Council agreed to revise the order of the agenda as follows: F-lO will follow AGENDA
<br />F-l, H-1 will follow F-I0, F-9 will follow H-l, F-2 through F-8 will follow F-9, REVISION
<br />and be renumbered accordingly.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Council reconsider parking
<br />restrictions to allow parking on one side of the County Road B-2 Service Drive.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that parking be prohibited on the south side
<br />of the County Road B-2 Service Drive, contingent on adequate signage for
<br />the fire hydrants and striping where appropriate relating to the fire hydrants,
<br />but to allow parking on the north side. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to
<br />change the location of the proposed Twin Lakes Parkway within a portion of the
<br />Twin Lakes Business Park, lying between Fairview Avenue, Cleveland Avenue,
<br />County Road C, and County Road C-2 allowing for future alignment with the
<br />35W ramp at Cleveland Avenue, be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, October 28, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
