<br />Agreement with Northwest Youth and Family Services for a period not to exceed YOUTH AND
<br />one year, to give Council and staff ample time to look into a [1 factions and cities F AMIL Y

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that extending the contract .vith Super Cycle,
<br />for curbside collection of recyclables for the period January 1, 1997 through
<br />December 31, 1997, at a cost of $2.1 0 per household per me nth be approved.
<br />Super Cycle will increase the number of pickups from 24 to 27 per year. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. 1'- ays; None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be directed
<br />to sign, on behalf of the City of Roseville, an agreement to I :xtend the option
<br />contract between Roseville and Martha Houle as successor' rustee of the
<br />Herman Zuettel Trust U/ A dated January 10, 1994 for a perod through
<br />November 1,1997. The Agreement will provide that Rose,'ille will pay an
<br />additional $25,000.00 option price, payable in installments ::ommencing on
<br />November 2, 1996 in the amount of $3,000.00 and thereaft~r, $2,000.00 on
<br />the second day of each succeeding month until the sum of~25,000 is paid.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the purchase of a nl:W pathway tractor
<br />and two attachments, a front mounted broom and a snowbl( lwer, be awarded to
<br />the RDO Equipment Company in the low bid amount of$48,153.74, to be
<br />funded from the 1995 Contingency Account. Roll Call, A) es: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
