<br />G. RECOGNITIONS
<br />G-l Fire Chief Jim Bodsgard and Deputy Fire Chief Bob Murph) shared with the
<br />City Council the Roseville Fire Department Life Safety Achievement Award
<br />that was received by the City at the International Associatior of Fire Chiefs'
<br />Conference held in Kansas City, Missouri on August 24-28, 1996.

<br />This award was in recognition of having no fire deaths in Roseville's area of
<br />protection for the year 1995.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that preliminary approval of the transportation
<br />corridor incorporating the findings of the BRW study, inclue ing the revised
<br />location of the Twin Lakes Parkway, utilities, ponding, and ] edesign of the right-
<br />of-way improvements and land use parcels, be approved. R(lll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that staffbe authorized to p:'epare a feasibility
<br />study of the proposed roadway alignment details and related improvements for
<br />City Council review and action. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Vlaschka, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />The meeting was recessed for a 10 minute break at 9 00 p.m.

<br />portion of the unimproved dedicated and City owned right-cf-way of Ion a Lane
<br />be continued to the first meeting in February, 1997, to allo\\ the preliminary
<br />feasibility reports to be completed on the Twin Lakes Park" ay alignment. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. l\ays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that ordinances amendin~ the Roseville City
<br />Code (consolidate code amendment) amending sections of Chapters 1004, 1005,
<br />1008, 1013, 1015, 1016, and 1102, be continued to the regu ar City Council
<br />meeting of Tuesday, November 12, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Joedeke, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved that an ordinance amending Chapter 302.3, paagraph C of the
<br />Roseville City Code regarding liability limits be continued' 0 a regular City
<br />Council meeting in order to redraft the ordinance with a $1, )00,000 single limit.
<br />Motion died for lack of a second.
