<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />November 25, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel,

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Centre Pointe Li ligation Settlement
<br />Request For Council Action be added to the agenda under h~m J, Reports and

<br />C-4 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that a One Day Gambling Permit for the CHURCH OF
<br />Church ofSt. Rose of Lima to conduct a raffle on Decembe' 22, 1996, at the ST. ROSE OF
<br />St. Rose Church located at 2072 Hamline A venue, be appro ved. Roll Call, Ayes: LIMA
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-5 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that a One Day Gambling Permit for Brimhall BRIMHALL
<br />School PT A to conduct a raffle on April 19, 1997 at the Brimhall Elementary SCHOOL
<br />School, located at 1744 W. County Road B, be approved. Koll Call, Ayes: PT A
