<br />work session scheduled for January 20, 1997 be rescheduled to Tuesday, January
<br />21,1997 because of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and the February work session
<br />scheduled for February 17 be rescheduled to Tuesday, February 18, 1997 because
<br />of Presidents' Day, with both work sessions beginning at 6: 30 p.m. Roll Call,

<br />minor variance at Lot 1, Block 1, Bonnie's Addition on the new Milton Street
<br />cul-de-sac, for a 15 foot rear yard setback to allow for the ccnstruction of a new
<br />home on this lot, be approved subject to filing the final plat for the subdivision.
