<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the retirement of fixed assets due to
<br />reconstruction or renewal be approved according to the schedule recommended
<br />to the Council at the meeting of February 10, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,

<br />Mastel moved, Wi ski seconded, that Resolution 9377, Amendments 1,2, and 3,
<br />amending the 1996 Budget for wage and salaries, unanticipated revenues and
