<br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the order of the agenda be changed to
<br />reverse Agenda Items F-1 and F-2, making Agenda Item F-1 to become F-2
<br />and F-2 to become F-1. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9394, authorizing to
<br />distribute a negative declaration decision on the need for an Environmental
<br />Impact Statement for the Centre Pointe project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Item F-1-one from 8:30 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. and the other from

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to execute an amendment to the Development Agreement (Midwest
<br />Motor Express and Indianhead project) and Supplement 2, the third amended
<br />and restated Development Agreement between the City of Roseville and the
<br />Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9395, approving the
<br />Development Agreement and Development Agreement Amendments with
<br />Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,

<br />$5 million taxable Tax Increment Revenue Note of 1997 as approved by the 9396
<br />City Attorney, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />F -4 Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Livable Communities-Mixed Use
<br />Cornerstone selections of pilot project areas be continued to the regular City
<br />Council Work Session of Monday, April 21, 1997, with notification to the
<br />Chair of the Infrastructure Committee. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
