<br />D-3 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Midwest Sports Even s, Inc./Midwest
<br />State Slowpitch Softball Association/Independent Sports Net' vork request for a
<br />Nonintoxicating Beer License for softball tournaments at the I =entra1 Park
<br />Victoria Athletic Complex on April 19-20, 26-27, May 17-18 May 31 - June 1,
<br />June 7, June 14-15,21-22,28-29, July 4, July 26-27, August 6-17,22,23,24,
<br />and September 13-14, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: "iski, Maschka,
<br />Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: Wall.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Parks and Recreatior Commission and
<br />Parks and Recreation staff review the softball tournament pol cy: 1) to set up
<br />policy requirements for availability of fields and facilities; 2) for the application
<br />process; and 3) for any sale requirements for nonintoxicating Jeer. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: 1\ one.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Wednesday, May 14, 1997 at 4:30 p.m. GRASS LAKE
<br />be established as the deadline for receiving applications for tl e Grass Lake Water
<br />Management Board, and establishing a Special Council Wod Session for
<br />Monday, May 19, 1997, beginning at 6:15 p.m. at the Rosevi Ie City Hall for the
<br />purpose of interviewing applicants. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, r 1aschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />prepare an ordinance amendment incorporating the Lake Ow: LSSO Task Force
<br />recommendation regarding the no wake zone. Roll Call, AYt s: Wiski, Maschka,
