<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />April 14, 1997 <br /> <br />H. <br />H-l <br /> <br />H-2 <br /> <br />H-3 <br /> <br />H-4 <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Council agreed to move to the Hearings portion of the Counc I meeting at this <br />time, with Items F-2 and F-3 to follow. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Maschka moved, Wi ski seconded, that Southwinds of Rosevi Ie preliminary and <br />final plat, easement vacations, and concept plan rezoning app 'oval for proposed <br />residential PUD development on the Zeece property and the a djacent City owned <br />property at Albemarle and County Road B by Lawrence A1m be continued to the <br />regularly scheduled City Council meeting of Monday, April: 8, 1997. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: N me. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Byerly's Application for On Sale Wine <br />License at 1601 West County Road C be approved with the c mdition that all <br />required application items be submitted before the license ma y be issued, with <br />the license expiring on December 31, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Outback Steakhouse . \.pp1ication for <br />On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2181 N. Snel ing Avenue be <br />approved with the condition that all required application item; be submitted <br />before the licenses may be issued, with the license expiring 0 1 December 31, <br />1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, ar d Wall. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />The intent of this hearing was to provide a formal time, as we 11 as a number of <br />future informal times, for citizens to express their thoughts ar d ideas to the <br />Council and departments regarding community needs for 1998 prior to <br />preliminary budget preparation and submittal. After commer ts by citizens, the <br />Mayor closed the pre-1998 Budget hearing. <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed for a 10 minute break at 8: 0 p.m. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br />The Council went back to Items F-2 and F-3 under ReI orts and <br />Recommendations at this time. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ramsey County be authorized to <br />redevelop McCarrons Lake Park as proposed on the final Re( eve10pment Master <br />Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, an j Wall.
