<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that consideration of an 0] dinance
<br />amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by amendin!. Section 402.04;
<br />D .1.a and 2.a., regarding waste disposal, be continued to the I egular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, May 12, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (Continued, if Ilecessary)
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the proposed plan, daed March 10,
<br />1997, be approved as the official Central Park Arboretum Ma iter Plan. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Na ys: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9403, allm ring the City
<br />Attorney to commence condemnation proceedings for a drain tge and utility
<br />easement across the Anderson property at 303 South Owasso Boulevard, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign the final agreements with Sprint and APT, mbject to final
<br />review by the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Masch} a, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
