<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that a Cost Sharing Agree nent between the
<br />City of Roseville and Ramsey County for work in the McCar 'ons Lake Park be
<br />approved and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sig 1 the agreement
<br />on behalf of the City, with funds for the cost to be taken from MSA funds and
<br />Storm Water Utilities. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Ma :tel, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />LAND USE
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Embree Construction's request for a
<br />Conditional use Permit approval to construct an 11,000 squar ~ foot auto
<br />accessory/tire/service facility at 2561 Snelling Avenue be der ied because the
<br />application is incomplete; the applicant has not demonstrated control of the
<br />site. Further, it is recommended that the applicant be able to 'eapply without
<br />delay if site control is gained in the next 180 days. A new ap )lication fee
<br />will be required. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Coedeke, and Wall.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that NSP's request for an :nterim Use
<br />permit to allow for installation of a seasonal wood grinder to ;reate wood chips
<br />for Ramsey County on County land located at Kent Street, ne rth of Larpenteur
<br />Avenue be continued to the regular City Council meeting of] tfonday, April 28,
<br />1997 at the request of the applicant. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, viaschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wi ski seconded, that Ordinance 1178, ameJ ding the City
<br />Code, Sections 1005.02.C (the B-1 Zoning District), 1005.03 B (the B-IB
<br />Zoning District) and 1 005.04.C (the B-2 Zoning District) to "l1ow Veterinary
<br />Clinics to be placed in a B-1, B-1B, or B-2 zone with a Cond tional Use
<br />Permit. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, md Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of one cellularelephone tower
<br />by APT, consisting of a 150 foot lattice work steel, self-suppl )rting telephone
<br />tower and equipment cabinets on the western edge of the pro] lerty commonly
<br />known as the St. Paul Water Authority Reservoir Site, with c mditions as
<br />provided in Attachment A, subject to the finalization of owm rship of the
<br />property by the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ay ~s: Wiski,
