<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the preliminary and fit al plat for
<br />Southwind of Roseville be approved, providing an easement fj ,r a pathway to
<br />be exercised in a mutual agreement. Phases 1 and 2 will consi ;t of 32 twin-
<br />home lots and one common lot. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Masc J.ka, Mastel,

<br />Code, Chapter 10 (zoning), by changing the zoning map desig aation of certain
<br />real properties within the Southwind of Roseville plat from ar R-l Single
<br />Family Residential Zone to a Planned Unit Development Zon: No. 1179,
<br />subject to approval ofPUD Standards No. 1179, consistent w th the
<br />Comprehensive Plan, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Me schka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Agreement No. 1179, with the attached standards ofthe Plam ed Unit
<br />Development effective after publication of the PUD zoning IT ap amendment,
<br />be approved, subject to approval by the City Manager after C ty Attorney

<br />purposes consistent with the City Comprehensive and Housil1 g Plans, be
<br />adopted with sales proceeds to be returned to the City Housin g Fund, and
<br />directing the City Manager to execute necessary property sal( and transfer
<br />documents after City Attorney review. Roll Call, Ayes: Wis d, Maschka,
