<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Lake Owasso Te sk Force
<br />recommendation be continued to the regular City Council me( ting of Monday,
<br />May 12, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, a Id Wall. Nays:
<br />None. Wiski and Mastel were not present during this item.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the plans and specifici tions and
<br />Agreement No. 97010, between Ramsey County and the City )fRoseville,
<br />for the installation of traffic signals at T.H. 88 and County Ro ld C-2 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedekc , and Wall.
<br />Nays; None.

<br />approved by the Council at a later meeting, and to initiate the planning process
<br />for the redevelopment of the Arona site and the execution of ~ n agreement with
<br />the State of Minnesota for a $500,000 grant for the Roseville ;kating Center,
<br />subject to final review by the City Attorney and appropriatior of the local
<br />match, initially from the 1996 TIF Bond issue. Roll Call, A) es: Wiski,
