<br />Gambling License Premises Permit be continued to the regular City Council

<br />the Twin Lake Business Park Parkway Comprehensive Plan amendment be
<br />terminated, and direct staff to provide a schedule for a new notice and hearing

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that an authorization to purchase, deferring
<br />the closing date sixty (60) days subject to discussion by the James Addition
<br />Task Force, the Rehbein/Matheson property at the southeast corner of County
<br />Road C and Fairview Avenue, and amending the 1997 Budget to include the
<br />expenditure of$130,000 from Storm Water Utility to fund the initial purchase
<br />and initial landscaping improvements be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
