<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Laura Alwan's request for a
<br />Conditional Use Permit to allow a beauty parlor as a home occupation at 1120
<br />County Road C-2W be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, July 14, 1997 because the applicant was not present. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9416, granting a variance at
<br />2125 Hamline Avenue N. to reduce the front yard setback along Burke Avenue
<br />W. to 11 feet for the purpose of constructing an addition to a nonconforming
<br />single family residential structure, be adopted as amended. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: Maschka.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9417, Authorization to
<br />distribute a negative declaration decision on need for Environmental Impact
<br />Statement for the Gateway Business Park project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Opus Final PUD plan be approved
<br />subject to the development standards listed in Section 4 of the Request For
<br />Council Action dated June 23, 1997, subject to execution of a PUD Agreement
<br />after the City Attorney's review. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1184, approving rezoning
<br />of the site of Gateway Business Park located at the northwest corner of
<br />Interstate 35W and Highway 36, south of Terminal Drive, from B-6 to PUD be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that consideration of the final plat of the
<br />Gateway Business Park be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, July 14, 1997 and extending the final plat review period for up to
<br />sixty (60) days to allow the developer to make corrections to the plat. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
