<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9420, determining to
<br />acquire by condemnation under the powers of Eminent Domain certain land in
<br />fee simple for the purposes of acquiring property at 2241 Highway 36 for
<br />development pursuant to Minnesota Statutes and directing that the necessary
<br />proceedings be instituted for such purpose, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager and staff proceed to
<br />exercise the City's options to purchase the residential properties. Roll Call,
