<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />June 23, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1 through
<br />C-4, C-6, and C-7 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming Tuesday,
<br />August 5, 1997 as NATIONAL NIGHT OUT in the City of Roseville, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that John and Kimberly Zielinski's request
<br />for a minor variance to reduce the side yard setback of an accessory building
<br />to one foot for the purpose of replacing an existing single car detached garage
<br />(13' x 21') with a two car detached garage (26' x 26'), and blanket variance to
<br />reduce the setback of a residential driveway to one foot to bring an existing
<br />driveway at 1303 Ryan Avenue W. into compliance be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wi ski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that following blanket minor variances
<br />for driveway side yard setbacks in conjunction with street work being done in
<br />the community be approved: John Fuhrman, 1065 County Road B- W; Mark
<br />and Teri Hanson, 258 N. McCarrons Boulevard W.; Dan Seaberg, 3098/3100
<br />Fairview Avenue N.; and David Seaberg, 3104/3106 Fairview Avenue N. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9423, receiving the Feasibility
<br />Report for City Project P-97-11, Long Lake Road between Terminal Road and
<br />T.H. 36 Service Drive, and setting a Public Improvement Hearing date for
<br />July 28, 1997, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
