<br />Agreement with John Allen!Fairview H. A. Associates, LLC and a resolution F AIRVIEW H. A.
<br />authorizing a $567,600 Taxable Tax Increment Revenue Note of 1997 and ASSOCIATES,
<br />providing for its issuance be continued to the regular City Council meeting of LLC
<br />Monday, July 28, 1997 because the applicant was not present. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Mastel moved, Wi ski seconded, that the Minnesota Korean War Veteran's
<br />request for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling Licensing Requirements to
<br />conduct lawful gambling activities on December 2, 1997 at the Rosetown
<br />American legion, 700 County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9424, authorizing a
<br />$550,674 Taxable Tax Increment Revenue Note of 1997 (I-35W/Highway 36
<br />Gateway Project), and providing for its issuance, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastcl, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the recommendation of the James
<br />Addition Task Force, approving an agreement to purchase the Rehbein!
<br />Matheson Cold Storage Building and property located at Fairview and County
<br />Road C, amending the 1997 Budget to include the expenditure of $130,000
<br />from Storm Water Utility to fund the initial purchase and landscaping
<br />improvements, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
