<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9425, prohibiting parking
<br />on the south side of Minnesota Avenue between Lovell Avenue and Rice
<br />Street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wi ski, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9426, prohibiting parking
<br />on the east and south sides of Civic Center Drive between County Road C and
<br />Woodhill Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Council agreed to move to the Hearings portion of the Council meeting at this
<br />time, with Items F-5 and F-6 moved to Reports and Recommendations

<br />H -1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that a Public Improvement Hearing for CITY PROJECT
<br />street lights-Iona Lane, Irene Circle, and Iona Circle-City Project UL-97-10, UL-97-10
<br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, July 28, 1997,
<br />and a survey of the area be conducted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Opus Northwest request for final
<br />plat approval for Gateway Business Park, authorizing execution of a
<br />Subdivision Agreement for Gateway Business Park, and approval of easement!
<br />right-of-way requirements be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, July 28, 1997 because the applicant was not present. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />this project be extended sixty (60) days. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9427, approving a
<br />Conditional Use Permit for a beauty parlor as a home occupation at 1120
<br />County Road C-2W, be adopted with the deletion of Condition 6, "Signage
<br />shall be limited to one sign not exceeding three square feet of area per surface,
<br />in accordance with the requirements of Section 1 009.04A, City Code. Said
<br />sign shall not be illuminated." Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
