<br />APPROV AL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Wi ski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />July 14, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays:

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l through
<br />through C-5, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays:

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Monday, August 11, 1997 be established
<br />as the hearing date for abatement at 2828 Griggs. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Bernard Roeller's request for a minor
<br />variance at 2958 Woodbridge Street N. for a detached two car garage within
<br />the side yard be approved with the condition that the existing one car garage
<br />and driveway on the north side of the property be removed upon completion
<br />of the new garage. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9429, extending the review
<br />period for Vision W orId, Inc. for 60 days, from August 18 to October 17, 1997,
<br />for variance at 2277 Highway 36 West, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9430, extending the review
<br />period for Stuart Sellars and Carole Wedel Sellars for 60 days, from August 18
<br />to October 17, 1997, for variance at 1199 Josephine Road, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9431, extending the review
<br />period of Robert Skundberg for 60 days, from August 18 to October 17, 1997,
<br />for variance at 1742 Alta Vista Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
