<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9436, declaring costs for
<br />projects to be assessed in 1997 and ordering preparation of assessment rolls
<br />for various projects, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />K-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the firm of Sanders, Wacker and Bergly ACORN
<br />be approved to complete final plans and specifications as outlined in the PARK
<br />planning report for Option C for the Acorn Park shelter building with final SHEL TER
<br />approval of the project by the City Council after receipt of bids, with the
<br />$7,000 estimated cost for the design services to be taken from the 1997 PIP,
<br />and for staff to develop long-term capital improvement plans for the replace-
<br />ment of future shelter buildings using the standard as adopted in this action.

<br />K-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that staff be directed to submit a letter of GIS USER
<br />corrections (as specified by Council) to the GIS User Group for the next revision GROUP
<br />of the GIS User Joint Powers Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the revisions to the Joint Powers
<br />Agreement be approved and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign
<br />and approve the Joint Powers Agreement and appoint a representative to the
<br />Board. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: Wiski.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the 1998 Roseville portion of the 1998
<br />Budget for the GIS User Group, not to exceed $4,041, be approved subject to
<br />review by the City Finance Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />K-4 Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1185, amending Title 4,
<br />Chapter 407. Section 407.05, Abatements, of the Roseville City Code, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
