<br />H-l Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9434, ordering City
<br />Project P-97 -11 and ordering the preparation of plans and specifications,
<br />approving the plans and specifications, and authorizing the advertisement
<br />for bids, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />H-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the City Council supports the
<br />installation of City standard street lights in accordance with the City Street
<br />Light Policy on Iona Lane, Iona Circle, and Irene Circle. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-3 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the public hearing concerning the final GATEWAY
<br />plat of Gateway Business Park and the approval and execution of a Subdivision BUSINESS
<br />Development Agreement (with the concurrence of the applicant) be continued PARK
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 25, 1997. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that a temporary construction easement over
<br />City owned land within the Gateway Business Park plat for grading, utility,
<br />and other purposes be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wi ski, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9435, authorizing City RESOLUTION
<br />acquisition of certain portions of Highway 36 Frontage Road from Minnesota 9435
<br />Department of Transportation, adjacent to the Gateway Business Park, removing
<br />certain restrictions along the north and west side of the Frontage Road right-of-
<br />way, and removing certain snow fence easements, be adopted subject to final
<br />review by the City Attorney, and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to
<br />take all actions necessary to carry it out. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Wi ski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that consideration of a proposed ordinance
<br />amending Chapter 703 of the City Code by adding new section 703.10 which
<br />prohibits the obstruction or blockmg of City pathways be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 11,1997. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Maschka, WiskL and Wall. Nays: None.
