<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9457, authorizing vacation
<br />of various private easements in favor of the City of Roseville and its
<br />predecessors over and across property located in the east one-half of Section 8,
<br />Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota and intended for inclusion
<br />in the plat of Gateway Business Park, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-4 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the adoption of the assessment roll M-96-01
<br />for Project No. M-96-01, Diseased Trees, be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, September 22, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the adoption of assessment roll for P-96-02-14
<br />Project P-96-02-14, PMP-Judith A venue, Pascal Street to Hamline Avenue;
<br />Rambler Road, Pascal Street to Sheldon Street; Primrose Curve, Pascal Street
<br />to Rambler Road; and Pascal Street, Rambler Road to Judith A venue be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, September 22, 1997.
