<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the adoption of the assessment roll for P-96-02-37
<br />Project P-96-02-37, PMP-Transit Avenue, Dale Street to cul-de-sac, be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, September 22, 1997.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Joint Powers Agreement with the
<br />City of Shoreview regarding Lake Owasso Water Surface Use approved by
<br />the City Council May 12, 1997 be rescinded. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1187, amending Chapter 702 ORDINANCE
<br />of the City Code of the City of Roseville regarding use and regulation of public 1187
<br />waters, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Shoreview
<br />regarding Lake Owasso Water Surface Use. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,

<br />abatement at 2012 Eldridge, to inclurle correcting rodent holes in the eaves, ABATEMENT
<br />replacement of broken window glass, and replacement of entire damaged REPORT
<br />windows and frames in the lower level front and rear of the house, be approved.
