<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />September 22, 1997 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />(Formerly C-6) <br />D-4 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, to affirm the James Addition Task Force <br />recommendation by approving Craig Christenson as Chairperson of the James <br />Addition Task Force through December, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays; None. <br /> <br />JAMES ADDI- <br />TION TASK <br />FORCE <br /> <br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />F -1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that a bonfire permit request for the B & Dale B & DALE <br />Club at 2100 North Dale Street, from 6:00 p.m., October 31,1997 to 12:00 Noon CLUB BON- <br />November 1, 1997, be approved with the condition that the fires not be allowed FIRE PERMIT <br />to smolder or cause any excessive smoke, and if the wind speed at the time of <br />the fire is in excess of 10 mph, the permit shall be invalid. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the request to install one 8,000 gallon <br />Convault above ground diesel tank and one 1,000 gallon Convault above ground <br />gasoline tank at 1717 County Road C by Laidlaw Transportation, be approved <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />LAIDLAW <br />TRANSPORT <br /> <br />1. The proposed 8,000 gallon and 1,000 gallon above ground storage tanks <br />must be approved by the State Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />2. The above ground tanks must be installed as shown on the approved site <br />plan and must be screened from eye level view from adjacent properties <br />and public streets by buildings, landscaping, or a screen wall. Any screen <br />walls shall be constructed of the similar and compatible materials to that of <br />the principal structure. <br /> <br />3. The site and tank permit shall be reviewed by the City's Fire Marshal on an <br />annual basis, with a report being submitted to the City Council. <br /> <br />4. The above ground storage tank permit shall be valid for a period of five <br />years from the date of approval by the City Council. Thereafter, the <br />applicant may apply for an annual one year extension of the permit. <br /> <br />5. The City Council may terminate the permit for noncompliance or require <br />additional improvements consistent with Subsection 902.06C of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />6. The existing LubeCube above ground 10,000 gallon storage tank located on <br />the adjacent property and used by this property shall be removed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br />
