Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />9462 <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9463, Authorizing the sale <br />and issuance of Variable Rate Demand Multifamily Housing Refunding Revenue <br />Bonds (Rosepointe II Project) Series 1997 for Rosepointe Housing Limited <br />Partnership for the purpose ofrefunding certain outstanding revenue bonds of the <br />City and authorizing the execution of necessary documents, be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />9463 <br /> <br />H-2 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that no change be made to the assessment for PROJECT <br />Project P-96-02-16, PMP Neighborhood 16, Ramsey County Open Space, 02-29- P-96-02-16 <br />23-22-0094. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that no change be made to the assessment <br />for Project P-96-02-16, PMP Neighborhood 16, Oleh Doroshenko, 2953 Victoria <br />Street, 02-29-23-24-0007, but that the cost for new water and sanitary services <br />stubbed to the rear of the lot at a cost of $1 ,070.65 plus interest, be deferred until <br />the property is subdivided. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wi ski seconded, that the assessment for Project P-96-02-28, PMP PROJECT <br />Neighborhood 28, John Lambert, Roseville Animal Hospital, located on the north P-96-02-28 <br />end of Snelling Curve, 10-29-23-22-0003, be reduced to $3,383.00. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the assessment for Project P-96-06-24, PROJECT <br />PMP Neighborhood 24, Don Duffy, U. S. Filter, 08-29-23-21-0008, be reduced to P-96-06-24 <br />$25,386.27. This is the amount that would have been assessed if the north <br />frontage were included in the assessment roll. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that the assessment for Project P-96-06-24, <br />PMP Neighborhood 24, Michael Larson, 614 Company, 08-29-23-23-0001, be <br />reduced to $15,065.50. This amount is the same as would be assessed if the north <br />side of the roadway were included in the assessment roll.
