<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />October 13, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1 and
<br />C-2, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Rick Rogowski's request for a minor
<br />variance at 398 Minnesota A venue, to reduce the side yard setback of a
<br />driveway to 1 foot for the purpose of expanding an existing driveway, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9479, approving Minnesota
<br />Laws 1997, Chapter 56, relating to legal newspaper, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wi ski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Roseville Parks and Recreation
<br />Infrastructure Committee report and recommendations be accepted and the
<br />Committee be dissolved following the successful completion of their assigned
<br />tasks. Council expressed appreciation for the Committee's extensive efforts in
<br />completing their assigned tasks. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
