<br />Wall moved, Maschka seconded, that the American Legion's request for
<br />renewal of their premise permit at 700 West County Road C, to conduct
<br />lawful gambling activities be approved subject to fulfillment of the spend
<br />down schedule within the next two months. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to continue the proposed Joint Powers
<br />Agreement with Northwest Youth & Family Services until March 30, 1998,
<br />appropriating $40,000 included in the proposed 1998 Budget, and pay the first
<br />$10,000. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9486, amending Section
<br />106 of the City Ordinances by increasing the Fire Pensions effective January 1,
<br />1998, to the $23 level per month per year of service or lump sum benefits of
<br />$2,300 payable for each year of service upon the fulfillment of the stated
<br />conditions in the resolution, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
