<br />I-I Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9488, granting a driveway RESOLUTION
<br />setback variance at 2912 Mildred Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, 9488
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />1-2 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9489, vacating a portion of RESOLUTION
<br />Terrace Drive dedicated on the plat of Kroiss Lakeview Second Addition, be 9489
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that December 31, 1997, at 4:30 p.m. be
<br />established as the deadline for receiving applications for the vacancy on the
<br />Parks and Recreation Commission, and establishing a Special Council Work
<br />Session for early January, with the time to be determined, at Roseville City Hall
<br />for the purpose of interviewing Commission applicants. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wall moved, Maschka seconded, that Robert and Elaine Bever's request for a
<br />boulevard parking pad at 330 South McCarrons Boulevard be denied, and
<br />offering City participation in the amount of $500 to construct a pad as depicted
<br />in Exhibit A dated November 24, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays:

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the bid for waste removal from City of
<br />Roseville public facilities for the period January 1, 1998 through December 31,
<br />1999, be awarded to Waste Management in the bid amount of $22,966.00 and
<br />$5.00 per cubic yard for waste removal in excess of amount described in the
<br />specifications. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.
