<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the James Addition Study be continued
<br />to the regular City Council work session of January 20, 1998 for review.
<br />Motion was withdrawn.

<br />Wi ski moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1191, extending the prohibi-
<br />tion of development and issuance of permits for any business use and multi-
<br />family use in certain designated areas of the City of Roseville (James
<br />Addition) through April 28, 1998, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that a Special City Council Work Session
<br />be established for Thursday, January 8, 1998, beginning at 6:30 p.m. to review
<br />the James Addition Study. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1192, revising Chapter 106
<br />of the City Code pertaining to the Volunteer Fire Department, be adopted with
<br />the modifications as presented. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the Agenda be amended to add Item
<br />M-l under Other Business, canceling the December 22, 1997 Regular City
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
