<br />C-5 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the 1998 Service Agreement with NORTH METRO
<br />North Metro Inspections, Inc. be approved, and authorizing the Mayor and City INSPECTIONS,
<br />Manager to sign the agreement after review by the City Attorney. Roll Call, INC.

<br />D-l Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9497, establishing a RESOLUTION
<br />recycling fee of $1.64 per household per month which shall be paid by all single 9497
<br />family, duplex, triplex, fourplex, and townhouse unit properties in the City of
<br />Roseville beginning January 1, 1998, and that the fee shall be included in the
<br />City's quarterly utility statements, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9498, reducing the
<br />assessment to the 614 Company property, Walnut Street and Rose Place,
<br />for the reconstruction of Rose Place, P-96-06-24, to $5,600 with a condition
<br />that the assessment be paid if access to Roseplace is constructed, and
<br />authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign a settlement agreement on
<br />behalf of the City, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, and Wiski.

<br />Grant from the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission for $10,000 for

<br />Annual Budget for the City of Roseville in the amount of$32,450,010, be 9500
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9501, submitting the
<br />property tax levy on real estate to the Ramsey County Auditor for Fiscal Year
<br />1998 in the amount of$6,275,8l1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, and Wiski. Nays: None.
