Nays: None. <br /> <br />The Council took a 10 minute recess during the discussion ofIlem 1-2. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Mendota Homes, Inc. rE quest for a <br />Concept Plan for Phase 1 of a Residential Planned Unit Develo pment at the <br />intersection of County Road C-2 and State Highway be approv,:d based on <br />the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of a report to the City Cou lcil dated <br />January 12, 1998, and the proposed development of the site. Nays: None. <br /> <br />1-3 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9511, appro' 'ing Patricia <br />Halverson (NIPS, Inc.) request for a Comprehensive Plan ameldment to <br />change the designation of the west .54 acre of the parcellocatell at 2075 <br />Snelling Avenue North from Business to High Density Residertial, subject <br />to Metropolitan Council review and comment, be adopted. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Council reaffirm the mi lor subdivision <br />of the property at 2075 Snelling Avenue North, approved by th;: City Council <br />on September 8, 1997, with the following provisions: <br /> <br />1. A 20 foot wide private utility easement for water service ml st be dedicated <br />in the appropriate location within the .54 acre parcel being t 'ansferred. <br /> <br />2.
