<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the City of Roseville rec uest to amend
<br />Section I 0 12.1 O(A) of the City Code (Private and Commercial t\.ntennas and
<br />Towers be continued to the regular City Council meeting ofM<nday, January
<br />26,1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski,md Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1193, amend ng the City
<br />Code of the City of Roseville by further amending Cable Franc lise Ordinance
<br />No. 911, Article II., Section 4, Franchise Term, be adopted, to provide for an
<br />extension of the existing franchise with Group W Cable of the North Suburbs,
<br />Inc. to expire on April 20, 1998, with all terms and conditions 1 emaining intact.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1194, amendin:~ Section 104.3
<br />of the City Code of the City of Roseville related to severance p lyments, be
<br />adopted, waiving readings two and three of the ordinance. Rol Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Parks and Recreati( ,n Department
<br />be authorized to enter into an agreement with Brauer and Asso( :iates as
<br />specified in the proposal entitled "Professional Services Propmal for Water-
<br />works Park and Natural Resource Area in an amount not to exceed $25,350, to
<br />be taken from the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Bond Fu ld. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: Wiski.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Roseville Area School':: request for
<br />approval of any overall signage plan for the Roseville Area Hi!;h School be
<br />continued to a future City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: 1\ lastel, Maschka,
