REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (Continued), and N. <br />ADJOURNMENT. <br /> <br />AGENDA <br />CHANGE <br /> <br />G. RECOGNITIONS <br />G-l The 1997 Roseville Human Rights Commission Essay Contest Award winners 1997 HUMAN <br />were introduced to the Council by Jill Bergquist, Co-Chair of the Human Rights RIGHTS ESSAY <br />Commission, and read their essays. The winners were: First Place: Jen Rook- CONTEST <br />stool, St. Rose of Lima, $50 and Certificate of Award; Second Place: Chuck WINNERS <br />Jaeger, St. Rose of Lima, $35.00 and Certificate of Award; and Third Place: <br />Becca Sullivan, St. Rose of Lima, $20.00 and Certificate of Award. An <br />Honorable Mention Certificate was presented to Ryan O'Rourke, St. Rose of <br />Lima. <br />
