<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that an Alcohol Compliance Check Grant
<br />from Minnesota Join Together and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, in
<br />the amount of $2,318 to the Roseville Police Department, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />HEARINGS
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the 1997 Comprehensive Plan revisions
<br />be affirmed and officially included in the Plan, noting their inclusion in the
<br />addenda sheet at the beginning of the Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />LAND USE
<br />Wi ski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9517, approving a
<br />Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of a new take-
<br />out self-service restaurant (Arby's/Sbarro) at 2105 Snelling Avenue North, be
<br />adopted based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of the Request For
<br />Council Action dated 1/26/98, with 11 conditions outlined in Section 4.1
<br />of that report.
<br />
<br />Wiski amended the motion to modify Condition No.6 by leaving the crossed
<br />out wordage in the condition. Motion died for lack of a second.
<br />

<br />The meeting was recessed for a 10 minute break at 8:35 p.m.

<br />preliminary plat for Roseville Commons, for a one lot subdivision at the
<br />intersection of County Road C-2 and Highway 88, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1195, Patricia Halverson
<br />(NIPS, Inc.) request for rezoning of a .54 acre parcel from B-3 General
<br />Business District to R-3A, three to twenty-four Family Residential District,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Bradley Real Estate, Inc. request for
<br />approval of a Concept Development Plan and preliminary plat for a Planned
<br />Unit Development at 1159 Larpenteur Avenue - Roseville Center, be approved.
