<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />January 26, 1998 <br /> <br />K-3 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that payment to the City of Fridley HRA <br />(maximum of $5,000 from the City Housing Fund) to support the publication <br />of the First Ring Suburb Housing Design Book be authorized. Nays: None. <br /> <br />K-4 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the 1998 Roseville Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program be approved, and directing staff to prepare a Consultant Service <br />Agreement for this work (not to exceed $9,100) subject to review by the City <br />Attorney prior to signing by the City Manager. Funding for this program is to <br />be taken from the City Housing Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, and <br />Wall.
