<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />February 9, 1998 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Tuesday, March 10, 1998, at <br />4:30 p.m. be established as the deadline for receiving applications for the <br />the Planning Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission, and <br />establishing a special Council Work Session at a later date at Roseville City <br />Hall for the purpose of interviewing Commission applicants. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Council changed the order of the agenda as follows: F. REPORTS AND <br />AND RECOMMENDATIONS to become K. REPORTS AND <br />RECOMMENDATIONS (Continued), H. HEARINGS, 1. LAND <br />USE, 1. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS, K. REPORTS AND <br />RECOMMENDATIONS (Continued), and N. ADJOURNMENT. <br /> <br />H. HEARINGS <br />H-l Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9519, ordering Project <br />P-98-02, Neighborhoods 29 and 31, be adopted. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />COMMISSION <br />VACANCIES <br />DEADLINE <br /> <br />AGENDA <br />CHANGE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />9519 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9520, ordering Projects RESOLUTION <br />P-98-02, Neighborhoods 7 and 8, and ST-98-06, Neighborhood 7 Storm Sewer, 9520 <br />be adopted, with Shorewood Lane to be built to a width of 30 feet, and parking <br />be allowed on both sides of the street. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Project P-98-02, Neighborhood 10, and P-98-02 <br />ST-98-08, Neighborhood 10 Storm Sewer be removed from the 1998 Pavement NEIGHBORHOOD <br />Management Program and added to the 2001 Pavement Management Program. 10 <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed for a 10 minute break at this time. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9521, ordering Project <br />P-98-02, Neighborhood 11, be adopted, with east Snelling Service Drive to <br />be built to a width of 28 feet with parking allowed on one side of the street. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Project P-98-02, Neighborhood 30, <br />be removed from the 1998 Pavement Management Program and directing staff <br />to initiate vacation of the Dellwood Street right-of-way.
