<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9522, declaring the intent
<br />of the City to reimburse certain expenditures associated with the 1998 PMP
<br />from the proceeds of bonds to be issued by the City, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the agenda be changed so Item H-3
<br />becomes H-2 and H-2 becomes H-3 under HEARINGS. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Bradley Real Estate, Inc. request for
<br />the following be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />February 23, 1998:
<br />
<br />1. Approval of final plat for Roseville Center, a three lot subdivision at the
<br />intersection of Lexington Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue West.
<br />
<br />2. Approval of the final development plan for a Planned Unit Development
<br />at Roseville Center.
<br />
<br />3. Rezoning of the property from SC, Shopping Center, and Bl, Limited
<br />Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development.
<br />
<br />4. Approval of the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement for the
<br />project and authorization for the Mayor and City Manager to execute the
<br />document on behalf of the City.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Mendota Homes, Inc. request for
<br />final plat for Roseville Commons, at the intersection of County Road C-2 and
<br />Highway 88, be approved subject to the subdivision standards included in the
<br />Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the final development plan for the
<br />Planned Unit Development for Mendota Homes, Inc. be approved subject to
<br />the PUD standards/conditions of approval included in the Planned Unit
<br />Development/Subdivision Agreement, and subject to execution of the Planned
<br />Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
