<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1197, amending Chapter
<br />10 of the City Code by changing the Zoning Map designation of certain real
<br />properties within the Roseville Commons plat from an Rl, Single Family
<br />Residential to PUD, Planned Unit Development, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Planned Unit Development/
<br />Subdivision Agreement be approved, and the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to execute the document on behalf of the City. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1198, amending Section
<br />1012.10(A) of the City Code of the City of Roseville to allow the placement of
<br />communication antennas on existing public utility structures and towers, be

<br />Supply, Inc. be accepted for $35,562.91 for the retrofit of Lift Station #7,

<br />K-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that a grant from the MnReLeafCommunity MNRELEAF
<br />Planning Program for $5,000, with matching resources of $2,500 cash from the COMMUNITY
<br />1998 Park Improvement Program and $2,500 cash from the Round-up Program, PLANNING
<br />be approved to aid in the reforestation of street trees in areas of the community PROGRAM
<br />that have suffered boulevard tree loss, as outlined in the Street Tree Master
<br />Plan. The City will also contribute $4,000 of in kind service in the form of
<br />planning, coordination, inspection, and a three year maintenance program. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that continuation of the Roseville Rambler
<br />Redesign Program for a second year be approved with a total budget of
<br />$34,000, including three matching design grants of $9,000 or 50 percent of the
<br />cost of the design, whichever is less, and with a budget of $7,000 for program
<br />administration and promotion/taping. The selection of the 1998 grants will be
<br />announced by the Mayor and City Council at the first regular City Council
<br />meeting in April. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall.
