<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />April13, 1998 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />(Formerly F-5) <br />K-4 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to PRECISION <br />enter into an agreement with Precision Landscape and Tree, Inc. for the LANDSCAPE AND <br />removal of diseased trees and stumps at $10/diameter inch per advertised TREE,INC. <br />specifications, with the expenditure contract to be taken from the Diseased Tree <br />Account of the 1998 Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly F-6) <br />K-5 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that a resolution accepting the work 1997 CONTRACT B <br />completed under 1997 Contract B, starting the one year warranty and <br />authorizing final payment, and approving funding of the exceess Highway 36 <br />berm costs from the Contingency Fund be withdrawn from the agenda at this <br />time and referred back to Council at a later date. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />N.
