<br />I-I Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City of Roseville request to vacate DELLWOOD
<br />a portion of Dellwood Street be continued to the regular City Council meeting STREET
<br />of Monday, June 8, 1998 in order to allow time to finalize a solution acceptable
<br />to all parties. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9540, to allow for an
<br />amendment to a Planned Unit Development (EagleCrest) Presbyterian Homes
<br />Housing and Assisted Living, Inc., 2965 Lincoln Drive, be adopted subject to
<br />City Attorney and Finance Director review, and that the City Attorney,
<br />Finance Director, and other staff be directed to update the College Properties
<br />TIF Development Agreement in accordance with the amended site plan,
<br />amended PUD, and Payment In Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: Mastel.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9541, extending the
<br />review period for Presbyterian Homes Housing and Assisted Living, Inc.
<br />request for a period of up to 60 days, from May 8 to July 8, 1998, to amend a
<br />Planned Unit Development (EagleCrest), be adopted to allow time for the
<br />City Attorney, Finance Director, and other staff to complete a review and
<br />update ofthe College Properties Development Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: Mastel.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9542, amending a
<br />Conditional Use Permit to allow for the expansion of Miniapple International
<br />Montessori, a day care facility, at 1875 Perimeter Drive, be adopted with the
<br />change that there be a cash contribution equivalent in lieu of a sidewalk. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wall moved, Mastel seconded, that Randall Dyson's request for a minor
<br />variance at 2474 Churchill Street, for a private parking space on the
<br />boulevard to allow private parking on the public right-of-way be denied based
<br />on the fact that City ordinance does not provide for a variance to be granted
<br />in this use, and there is no basis for granting a variance. Engineering staff is
<br />directed to meet with the owners and suggest alternatives. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
