<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that City Code Section 3.1 (A) be
<br />interpreted as follows: to allow for the size of accessory buildings to be no
<br />more than 25 percent of the required rear yard area, and Section 3.2 (A) an
<br />accessory building shall not occupy more than 25 percent of the required rear
<br />yard. Staff interprets this as one major and one minor garden shed/accessory
<br />building, and Mike Heffernan's appeal of administrative decision at 2044 N.
<br />Dale Street be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Chapter 1004.01, Section A., of the
<br />City Code be referred to the June 15 regular City Council work session with
<br />the intent of revising the language. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9543, Old Dutch Foods,
<br />Inc. request to vacate a sanitary sewer easement and accept a replacement
<br />easement on property north of2375 Terminal Road be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wall moved that Ryan Companies US, Inc. request for a minor subdivision
<br />within Centre Pointe Business Park be denied.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Ryan Companies US, Inc. request
<br />for a minor subdivision within Centre Pointe Business Park Plat be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, May 26, 1998, and extending
<br />the 60 day deadline. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Right-of-way Management
<br />Ordinance be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />June 8, 1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1202, amending Chapter 10
<br />of the City Code (Zoning) by changing the Zoning Map designation of certain
<br />
<br />General Business District (2485 Fairview Avenue North), be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
